RPP Infra bags Rs 45.4-crore contract in Madhya Pradesh

RPP Infra Projects has won a Rs 45.4-crore highways contract in Madhya Pradesh from the state government.

"RPP Infra Projects has received one additional order from the state of Madhya Pradesh for construction of Narsinghpur city portion road 5.7 km and Linga Bhourjhir Purguwan road of 25.68 km worth Rs 454 million," the company said in a BSE filing.

The total 31.38 km project is scheduled to be completed within 24 months, it said.

RPP Infra Projects CMD Arulsundaram said, "This is the start of our new relations with state of Madhya Pradesh. The company is poised to garner a sizeable growth from this order."
 

He further said the company is confident of completing the work well before time and hopes to win new orders from Madhya Pradesh in coming days.

RPP Infra Projects shares on Wednesday closed 0.51% up at Rs 157.35 on BSE.
