The police cordon in and around the Breach Candy Hospital premises comprising close to 800 personnel in addition to the Special Protection Group (SPG) force that accompanied the Indian premier to Mumbai from Delhi is strong enough to repulse an aerial, land and sea attack from getting within a mile of the 7th floor of the hospital.
