National Security Advisor Shiv Shankar Menon today held an hour-long meeting with his predecessor and current West Bengal Governor M K Narayanan at the Raj Bhavan here.
There was no official briefing of the meeting.
Menon later called on Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee at Writers' Buildings and had a 45-minute meeting with her.
Asked what they discussed, the Chief Minister said, "There are certain things which cannot be told."
