Curtains finally came down on the over 125 years old saga of the beleaguered Empress Mills here as the Maharashtra State Textile Corporation (MSTC) pasted a closure notice on the gates of the mill on Saturday. The notice has been signed by the General Manager of MSTC, S G Tawari.
