Sonia congratulates Karuna

With the DMK-led front was poised for a big victory in the Lok Sabha elections in Tamil Nadu, UPA Chairperson Sonia Gandhi today congratulated Chief Minister and DMK President M Karunanidhi for the impressive showing.     

Gandhi contacted her party's key ally Karunanidhi over phone and congratulated him on the good showing by the front headed by DMK, a DMK press release said.
