State knocks FIs' doors for Rs 1500 crore

 Maharashtra governor Mohammed Fazal today said a calamity-like situation was prevailing in seven districts identified as drought hit in the state.

 Fazal said in these districts the situation was acute in respect of water availability and cattle fodder.
