The State Empowered Committee on Infrastructure today cleared three integrated housing projects to be taken up in and around the city by the Bhubaneswar Development Authority (BDA) and the Orissa State Housing Board (OSHB) on the public private partnership (PPP) mode.
"These projects would in the form of residential cum commercial complexes. While 70 per cent of the built-up area would be reserved for the housing projects, the remaining 30 per cent space would be set aside for commercial complexes. These projects are expected to be commissioned in a period of 3-6 years. The bidding process for these projects would begin soonâ€
