State to focus on downstream sector development for iron, steel and plastic

 Speaking at the 116th annual general meeting of Bengal National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BNCCI) in Kolkata on Wednesday he mentioned items like iron and steel including scrap, chemicals, paper, processed paper, non ferrous metal including scrap, plastic granule and paper, electrical wire, pipe and pipe fitting were coming from other states.
