Union Communications and IT Minister A Raja is looking for an extension of the Software Technology Parks of India (STPI) scheme for three years beyond 2010.
“There will be no changes for the SMEs and the scheme will be extended as it is,” said Raja on the sidelines of the Economic Editors’ Conference being held in New delhi. In April this year, the scheme was extended by one year to March 31, 2010.
