The Swine flu toll in Pune has gone up to 87 with two more deaths confirmed by health officials today.
"The total number of victims in Maharashtra as of today stands at 181 with Pune continuing to account for the largest share of H1N1 casualties," Dr Ashok Mehta, Joint Director, Health said.
Meanwhile, Dr D B Kadam, Head of Medicine Department, government-run Sassoon hospital, will be attending a conference convened by ICMR in New Delhi on October 26, to deliberate on effective management of Swine flu patients.
The Sassoon hospital, the main referral centre has recorded 75 deaths in the city.
