Tata Power Jams Mseb Bid To Buy Power From Bses

The Maharashtra State Electricity Board (MSEB) is looking at buying 100 mw power from the Reliance Industries-controlled BSES to meet the acute power shortage in the state.

But Tata Power has raised objections to this, citing certain commercial clauses in its agreement with MSEB.
