Tata Steel concludes mine rescue effort

The body of the third missing employee, Bindeshwari Singh, was discovered yesterday at the Tata Steel's Jamadoba mine accident site.
 
Singh's body was found and handed over to his family members. This brings to an end days of rescue work by the Tata Steel rescue team.
 
In the early hours February 24, the bodies of Vishal Mishra and Ajit Singh were located. The rescue operations continued till today when the body of Singh was found.
 
B Mathuraman, managing director of Tata Steel, visited the accident site today and met the families of the deceased employees and offered condolences.
 
He also spoke of the company's sense of loss on the demise of two of its finest young engineers and one of the most experienced mining sardars in the Jamadoba Coal Mine.
