Tata Tele to move TDSAT over spectrum

Tata Teleservices today said it will move TDSAT seeking surrender of excess spectrum by GSM operators. The telecom major that provides CDMA services country-wide also said it will also challenge the 2:1, GSM:CDMA ratio of spectrum allocation to operators.
