Taxman brings Bhiwandi's powerloom owners to heel

 Another 4,000 powerloom owners have registered at the central excise offices in Mumbai and Thane.

 In May, excise officials were swamped by registration applications after they intercepted trucks laden with grey cloth from the powerlooms.
