| The Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal (TDSAT) has deferred the decision on allocating spectrum to GSM majors Idea Cellular and Spice Communications to March 12. The TDSAT today heard the petitions filed by Idea and Spice claiming priority in allocation of spectrum based on their applications.
