Three-day Ayurveda expo from March 10

The Federation of Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Ficci) and the state government are jointly organising a three-day exhibition of Ayurvedic products and Ayush Vedica in Visakhapatnam.

The exhibition will be held at the Viswapriya Function hall on the Beach Road from March 10, 2006

Addressing mediapersons, K S Ganesan, head of the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Ficci, said, "Around 45 companies, including local ayurvedic firms and pharmacies, are expected to participate in the exhibition."

The Girijan Cooperative Corporation would sell medicinal plants to the companies, he added. Lecture on various topics related to ayurveda too would be organised, he added.
