Speaking to reporters at the sidelines of NASSCOM's two day HR Summit 2008 which was started today at Chennai, Tamil Nadu's Information Technology Secretary C Chandramouli said that the project will be launched in one month in association with the industry.

The pre employment training expenses for the first three months will borne by the government. So far 10-12 companies from software and hardware industry have shown interest, few more are talking to the government.
Other inatitive to address the talent issue from the state government is setting up an information communication technology (ICT) academy by this quarter with an initial investment of Rs 6 crore.
