The Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) has summoned its election candidates to the party headquarters here to hold consultations on the future course of action in the event of a fractured verdict.
Begining today, the candidates would stay put in the 'Telangana Bhavan' here till the party firms up its stand in the post-poll scenario.
The party has made arrangements like installing air-conditioners in the huge building for the comfortable stay of the leaders.
Though the arrangements appeared to be 'camp' to prevent the poaching of its MLAs and MPs, the party leadership denied it.
"It is not a camp. We have asked the party candidates to be available for consultations. Not only candidates, Telangana intellectuals would also be present," said T Harish Rao, senior TRS leader and party president K Chandrasekhar Rao's nephew.
Another TRS leader N Narasimha Reddy said the TRS would be crucial for the formation of government in the state and at the centre.
TRS fought the polls to the Assembly and Lok Sabha polls in alliance with the Telugu Desam, CPI and CPI(M).
The party, however, sprang a surprise by announcing support to the NDA at the Centre.
