The ruling United Front (UF) will finally have an office of its own in the Union Capital - 7, Akbar Road. The office is slated to be inaugurated on January 24 by Prime Minister H D Deve Gowda in the presence of senior Front leaders.
The core committee of the Front leaders consisting of 11 of its senior leaders may also possibly meet in case the committee members are present in Delhi. No formal letter for a meeting has, however, been sent for such a meeting.
The front has been functioning without an office of its own after 13 small parties formed it over six months ago.
