Uma ruffles RSS feathers

The RSS today expressed dissatisfaction over fiery BJP leader Uma Bharati's highly controversial letter to RSS Sarsanghchalak K S Sudershan complaining about Sangh office bearer in charge of BJP affairs Suresh Soni's alleged bias against her.

RSS spokesperson Ram Madhav today confirmed that Bharati had indeed sent such a letter to Suderashan adding that the controversial contents "would be looked into later."

Senior RSS leaders expressed anger that Bharati who is a favourite with the Sangh could cast such aspersions against Soni. It is no secret that Bharati wants her chief ministership but sources said, this may just be a trial run for the second rung to slug it out for the presidentship of the BJP.
