The Union Budget is a balance budget, however, it failed to provide relief to industry particularly the SMEs, Federation of Andhra Pradesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FAPCCI) said today.
Reacting to the Budget, president of FAPCCI K Harishchander Prasad said the Budget has not brought any relief to common man while it failed to list the priorities.
The working class was disappointed with the meagre excemption of Rs 10,000 tax relief while it welcomed the service tax removal.
The FAPCCI, suggesting many measures for improving economy, said the Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister's move of cooperative farming should have been replicated all over the country with necessary budgetary allocations.
