US indices, Indian ADRs end mixed

The US indices on the Wall Street ended on a mixed note. The Dow Jones industrial average gained 55 points at 11,640, while the Nasdaq slipped seven points to 2,338.

The Federal Reserve is likely to hike interest rates tonight for the 16th straigth time.

The Indian ADRs, too, ended on a mixed note. Wipro surged over 1% to $14.09, and Infosys moved up 0.8% to $82.42. MTNL gained 1% at $9.70. On the other hand, Dr.Reddy's, HDFC Bank and VSNL slipped 1% each to $37.74, $62.84 and $21.61, respectively.
