Chennai-based Vijay Shanthi Builders today launched villa project at Faber Hills, on the foot hills of Yercaud in Salem District, Tamil Nadu.

		</script> </DIV><p class='TableClas'>The project consists of 99 premium villas constructed in English, Spanish, Belgian and Waterfront style in 19 acres at Kondappanaikkanpatti village, Yercaud. Speaking to Business Standard Suresh Jain, managing director, Vijay Shanthi Builders said that total cost of the project would be Rs 100 crore. The company will fund the project through internal accruals. 
</p><p class='TableClas'>Construction work started on Saturday and it will be concluded in 18-24 months. Each villa will cost between around Rs 75 lakh and 85 lakh, Jain said.
