Voters' trend shows increase in BJP's seats in AP: Dattatreya

BJP state unit president Bandaru Dattatreya today said that voters response towards BJP is more positive than expected and this trend shows that the percentage of votes and seats would be increased unexpectedly in the state.

On the sidelines of a roadshow in the city, he told reporters that voters in the state are vexed with the TDP and Congress and are now looking for an alternative in political system. Praja Rajyam Party has failed to fill the vaccum and it became an advantage for BJP to improve it's position, he said.

He claimed that in all parts of the state the trend is same and the party may get some seats in coastal and Rayalaseema districts also in addition to Telangana districts.

 

People in the country are considering more on national issues and most of them are unhappy with deteriorating law and order and raising prices in the country, he said.

Dattatreya said that people felt that Congress has failed to check terrorism and price rise.
