Wall St down; ADRs drop

The Dow Jones industrial average slipped 22 points to 12,309. The Nasdaq was down seven points to 2446.

The Indian ADRs ended on a weak note. Tata Motors dropped 2.4% to $19.47. Satyam, MTNL and VSNL shed 2% each to $23.96, $6.08 and $19.64, respectively. Dr.Reddy's was down 1.6% at $16.76.
