Wall St ends flat; ADRs mixed

The US markets ended on a flat note. The Dow Jones industrial average ended almost unchanged at 13,425, and the Nasdaq was down a point at 2572.

Indian ADRs ended on a mixed note. Infosys surged nearly 4% to $51.66. VSNL soared over 3% to $22.85. MTNL and Patni Computers slipped over 1.5% each to $7.60 and $26.57, respectively. Tata Motors was down over 1% at $16.27.
