Wall St ends marginally weak; ADRs drop

The Dow Jones industrial average slipped 13 points to 12,316. The Nasdaq was down 11 points to 2432. The US Federal Reserve as expected left the interest rates unchanged.

The Indian ADRs were all down for the second straight day. VSNL plunged nearly 4% to $17.59. HDFC Bank and Tata Motors slipped around 3% each to $71.13 and $18.59, respectively. Satyam, Wipro, Patni Computers, ICICI Bank, MTNL and Dr.Reddy's were down around 1-2% each.
