Wall St ends mixed; ADRs slide

The US indices ended mixed on Friday. While the Dow Jones industrial average gained 37 points at 12,343, the Nasdaq was down three points to 2446.

The Indian ADRs ended with significant losses. Patni Computers dropped 4% to $20.01. Infosys, Satyam, Wipro, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, MTNL, VSNL, Tata Motors and Dr.Reddy's tumbled 1-3% each to $55.07, $22.59, $14.82, $38.07, $75, $6, $19.57, $17.97 and $15.90, respectively.
