Wall St ends mixed; ADRs slip

The US indices ended on a mixed note yesterday. The Dow Jones industrial average was down 22 points at 14,044. The Nasdaq moved up seven points to 2787.

Among the Indian ADRs - Sterlite slumped 4% to $18.96. MTNL plunged 3.7% to $7.80, and Genpact dropped 2.6% to $16.42. Satyam, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, VSNL, Tata Motors and Dr.Reddy's declined 1-2% each. Patni Computers, however, soared 4.3% to $24.32.
