Wall St flat, ADRs end mixed

The Dow Jones industrial average index was down nine points at 12,002. The Nasdaq was up a point at 2342.

Indian ADRs ended on a mixed note. MTNL has slipped 1.6% to $6.79. Infosys, HDFC Bank and Dr.Reddy's were the other notable losers. ICICI Bank and VSNL were the prominent gainers.
