Wall St marginally up; bank ADRs gain

The Dow Jones industrial average gained 33 points at 12,523. The Nasdaq moved up eight points to 2449.

Among the Indian ADRs - ICICI Bank soared nearly 3% to $44.89, and HDFC Bank rallied nearly 2% to $75.88. Wipro spurted 1% to $17.21. VSNL, however, sliped over 1% to $21.28.
