Wall St moves up; ADRs mixed

The Dow Jones industrial average moved up 21 points to 13,971. The Nasdaq added 15 points to 2712.

Indian ADRs ended on a mixed note. Infosys surged 1.5% to $52.95. Satyam and Dr.Reddy's moved up 1% each to $26.71 and $16.86, respectively. MTNL dropped 3% to $8.02. Patni Computers, ICICI Bank and VSNL shed 1-2% each to $25.95, $51.94 and $23.76, respectively.
