Wall St moves up; ADRs surge

The Dow Jones industrial average moved up 64 points to 13,870. The Nasdaq gained 13 points at 2817.

The Indian ADRs ended with significant gains. ICICI Bank zoomed 6.5% to $68.86. HDFC Bank and MTNL soared over 5% each to $132.40 and $9.83, respectively. Sterlite surged 4.3% to $24.99. Genpact, Infosys, Wipro, VSNL, Tata Motors and Dr.Reddy's gained 1-3% each.
