Wall St perks up; ADRs drop

The Dow Jones industrial average moved up 29 points to 12,307. The Nasdaq added 10 points to 2437.

The Indian ADRs ended mostly in red. ICICI Bank plunged 3% to $38.77. VSNL and Tata Motors dropped nearly 2.5% each to $19.30 and $19.49, respectively. MTNL shed 1.7% to $6.03. Dr.Reddy's, however, advanced 1% to $17.13.
