Wall St perks up; ADRs mixed

The Dow Jones industrial average moved up 15 points to 12,136. The Nasdaq gained seven points at 2413.

The Indian ADRs ended on a mixed note. Infosys spurted 1% to $52.49. VSNL dropped 1.5% to $19.11, and Tata Motors slipped 1% to $18.06. Rest all ADRs ended on a rather flat note.
