Wall St perks up; Tech ADRs gain

The Dow Jones industrial average gained 43 points at 11,243. The Nasdaq moved up 13 points to 2092.

Among the Indian ADRs - Patni Computers surged 2.7% to $14.99. Infosys, Wipro and Tata Motors gained over 1.5% each to $42.27, $12.80 and $16.58, respectively. Satyam spurted 1.2% to $35.74.
