Wall St rallies; ADRs shine

The Dow Jones industrial average gained 68 points at 11,576. The Nasdaq rallied 30 points to 2249.

Indian ADRs also posted smart gains. Infosys, Satyam and Tata Motors advanced over 2% each to $47.08, $39.31 and $18.51, respectively. Wipro and ICICI Bank added 1.5% each to $12.80 and $28.78, respectively.

The crude oil futures for November delivery rose 90 cents to settle at $61.45 per barrel on the NYMEX.
