Wall St rallies; ADRs shine

The Dow Jones industrial average gained after six straigth days of losses, the index rallied 120 points to 12,106. The Nasdaq zoomed 35 points to 2366.

Indian ADRs also moved up smartly. Patni Computers surged 3.5% to $19.95. Infosys and HDFC Bank advanced 1.5% each to $51.66 and $70.34, respectively. Satyam, ICICI Bank, VSNL and Dr.Reddy's were the other smart gainers.
