Wall St slips; ADRs end mixed

The Dow Jones industrial average slipped 108 points to 13,985. The Nasdaq shed 26 points to 2780.

The Indian ADRs ended on a mixed note. Sterlite and HDFC Bank surged nearly 2.5% each to $22.75 and $118.68, respectively. ICICI Bank rallied 2.2% to $56.08.

On the other hand, Genpact and Patni Computers tumbled nearly 3% each to $15.95 and $23.88, respectively. Infosys shed 2.5% to $50.42. VSNL dropped 2% to $26.79. Wipro slipped 1.5% to $15.22, and MTNL declined 1% to $8.34.
