Wall St slips, Indian ADRs see only RED

After a one-day positive close on Friday, the US indices were back to losing ways yesterday. The Dow Jones industrial average slipped 19 points to 11,125. The Nasdaq dropped 21 points to 2,173.

The Indian ADRs ended in a sea of red. Wipro plunged over 8% to $11.77. Infosys ($70.08), Dr.Reddy's ($30.61), MTNL ($6.79) and VSNL ($16.99) were down 4-7% each. Patni Computers, Satyam, ICICI Bank and HDFC Bank declined 2-3% each.

The crude oil futures for June delivery rose 70 cents to settle at $69.23 per barrel on the NYMEX.
