Wall St steady, Indian ADRs perk up

The Dow Jones industrial average moved up 33 points to 10,975. The Nasdaq was marginally (three points) down at 2107.

Most of the Indian ADRs finished with smart gains. ICICI Bank rallied 3.8% to $24.54. Wipro surged nearly 3% to $11.86. Tata Motors, HDFC Bank, MTNL and VSNL gained 1-2% each. Satyam, however, dropped 1.4% to $31.10.
