Wall Street ends flat, ADRs slip

The Dow Jones industrial average and the Nasdaq both ended flat, down two points each, at 11,381 and 2184, respectively.

Indian ADRs ended in red. MTNL shed 2.6% to $6.63. Wipro dropped 2% to $12.68. VSNL slipped 1% to $17.87. All other ADRs ended with marginal losses.
