Wall Street ends tad lower

The Dow Jones industrial average slipped 16 points to 11,400. The Nasdaq was down six points at 2,304.

Among Indian ADRs - VSNL rallied over 4% to $20.40. Patni Computers and Infosys surged over 1% each to $16.64 and $79.16, respectively. Wipro and ICICI Bank dropped nearly 1% each to $13.87 and $29.42, respectively.
