Wall Street up, ADRs mixed

The Dow Jones industrial average and the Nasdaq both gained 13 points each at 11,383 and 2186, respectively.

Indian ADRs ended on a mixed note. ICICI Bank declined 1.5% to $26.86, and Satyam slipped 1% to 38.34. Most of the other ADRs finished on a flat note.
