Ever since the government released new Rs 2000 notes, curious citizens have been taking selfies with the new currency note, preserving them, and even framing them. There were even rumors much to the annoyance of authorities that the new notes have GPS.
A curious person who had doubts about the quality of the new denomination decided to test it by rinsing the note in water. He soaked it in order to ascertain whether the new note is water resistant, following which he uploaded the video on YouTube. The video has gone viral since then and has garnered more than 5 millions views.
