Workshop on customer relationship management

The Centre for Organisation Development (COD) is organising a workshop on 'Implementing CRM "� A new CORE for competitive Advantage' at its premises here on August 21.
 
Customer relationship management (CRM) experts will deliberate on various related issues and explain the concept, features and technology of a CRM programme at the workshop.
 
A press release from COD stated that the workshop would deliberate on customer care, customer orientation, recovering the lost customers.
 
Mohan Agarwal, faculty (marketing) at Orfalea College of Business, California Polytechnic State University, will act as the facilitator at the workshop. Agarwal has a varied experience in India and abroad.
 
He is the recipient of 'CFA Distinguished Teaching Award, 2004' and 'Most Outstanding Marketing Teaching Award, 2003' at the university.
 
Executives from middle to senior level in service organisations, hospitals, insurance sector, banks, family business and multinational companies are expected to attend the workshop.
