Amethi Cong leader joins AAP

Former Congress leader said AAP's Vishwas would clinch a surprising victory against Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi from Amethi

Congress leader and former chairman of Poorvanchal Vikas Nigam Chaudhary Mohammad Isa joined the Aam Aadmi Party in the presence of its candidate from Amethi Lok Sabha constituency Kumar Vishwas here today.

Isa, a Gurjar from Jais area of Tiloi Assembly segment, has a considerable influence over the community members, an AAP leader said.

The former Congress leader said AAP's Vishwas would clinch a surprising victory against Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi from Amethi.

Meanwhile, Vishwas asked AAP activists not to react violently to any provocation by Congress workers.

Addressing party workers in Jagdishpur, the AAP leader appealed to them not to resort to violence. "If we too react violently then what difference will be there between us and Congress and BJP," he said.
