Union Law Minister Kapil Sibal on Saturday claimed that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is ready to compromise everything to win the coming general elections; even it meant changing its stance on the issues of corruption and terrorism.

"The BJP is just chanting the name of Modi for everything. They do not have any ideology of their own. They are willing to take anyone and everyone in the party to win," said Sibal, apparently referring to induction of former controversial JD-U leader Sabir Ali.

"They claim Congress to be corrupt, but are themselves joining hands with corrupt people. They are compromising on everything, be it corruption, or terrorism," he said.

BJP leader Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi yesterday, hinting at the party's new recruit former (Janata Dal United) leader Sabir Ali tweeted "Terrorist Bhatakal friend join BJP, soon accepting dawood".

The tweet linked Ali to Yasin Bhatkal, the alleged chief of terror group Indian Mujahideen, who was arrested in August last year and therefore has generated a lot of controversy for the party.
