Members of BJP's district unit today forcibly entered the party office and held a meeting where they opposed denial of ticket to Jaswant Singh from Barmer and demanded that the leadership review its decision.
The meeting was chaired by BJP leader Bhanwar Singh Sadhna and attended by scores of workers at party office here.
It was an unjustice with party workers of Barmer and Jaisalmer, especially Jaswant Singh, and the party should review its decision, Sadhna said.

Local counsellor Hari Singh Sodha said BJP should not compromise with basic principles and opposed giving tickets to "turncoats".
Some of the executive members of district BJP unit did not participate in today's meeting. Holding protest, they decided to go to Barmer where Jaswant Singh announced that he would file nomination as an independent candidate probably tomorrow.
Singh's supporters and party workers had to jump the wall of the office and break open the locks of a room to hold the meeting here, party sources said.
