With talks between BJP and TDP having hit a roadblock over seat-sharing in Andhra Pradesh, BJP today asked political parties not to "underestimate" it.
BJP also asked its leaders in Telangana and Seemandhra regions to be prepared for the coming elections "with or without alliance".
"We are not overestimating ourshelves. We are not underestimating anybody. We also hope that other parties also donot over estimate themselves and underestimate others," senior BJP leader M Venkaiah Naidu told reporters here.

Asked about the prospects of BJP going it alone in the elections if it was unable to form an alliance in the just- bifurcated state, he said his party has to be prepared for any situation.
"I have already told the state (BJP) executive, both in Telangana as well as Andhra, that they must be ready for any situation. If there is an alliance okay, if there is no alliance then also okay," the BJP leader said citing the yatra organised by Seemandhra BJP leaders and preparations by their Telangana counterparts for coming elections.
The BJP leader said his party did not want to thrust alliance on anybody.
"BJP has given a call for unity of non-Congress parties across the country.... Keeping that in mind, we are working our a strategy. At the same time, we do not want to force alliance on anybody," he added.
